Summary
The Growth Marketing Specialist at LIS Nepal Pvt. Ltd. would be responsible for building our inbound growth engine from scratch — turning complex AI concepts into compelling content, attracting high-quality leads, and nurturing them into loyal customers. This is a hands-on, strategic role suited for a marketer who loves building scalable systems, storytelling with purpose, and blending creativity with analytics. Key Responsibilities
- Foundation
- Build and manage the marketing tech stack (CRM, automation, analytics, and SEO tools).
- Content Creation
- Create content that educates and converts — blogs, whitepapers, case studies, webinars.
- Develop customer stories and proof points.
- SEO & Organic Growth
- Conduct keyword research for AI and industry-specific topics.
- Optimize web pages, blogs, and landing pages for search visibility and conversion.
- Implement backlink and content syndication strategies to improve domain authority.
- Lead Nurturing & Marketing Automation
- Set up and manage lead scoring, nurturing workflows, and automated email sequences.
- Design and optimize conversion paths — from first visit to demo request.
- Measure, analyze, and optimize campaigns for engagement and funnel progression.
- Performance Tracking
- Track KPIs such as organic traffic, MQLs, lead-to-demo conversions, and content ROI.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in inbound or digital marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech.
- Strong understanding of the AI landscape or ability to translate technical products into clear business value.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Excellent writing and storytelling ability — especially around thought leadership and product led education.
- Experience building content-driven lead funnels and email automation sequences.
- Able to interpret data, test hypotheses, and optimize measurable growth.
