Key Responsibilities

  1. Prospect Research
  • Identify, research, and curate target accounts that fit our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
  • Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Crunchbase to discover key decision-makers and companies showing buying intent.
  1. Outbound Outreach
  • Craft and execute personalized outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns targeting key personas.
  • Test subject lines, value propositions, and messaging angles to improve open and reply rates.
  • Follow up persistently and professionally to drive response and booking rates.
  1. Community-Led Growth
  • Engage and build visibility in relevant Slack, Discord, and LinkedIn communities where potential buyers are active.
  • Participate in discussions, share insights, and run outreach campaigns tied to community engagement.
  1. Event & Conference Coordination
  • Support U.S. sales leadership by booking and coordinating meetings around industry events and conferences.
  • Research attendee lists, reach out to participants, and schedule product demos and introductions before and during events.
  1. CRM Hygiene
  • Maintain an accurate, detailed CRM record in HubSpot (or similar) — contacts, conversation history, statuses, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure every lead has a clear next step and no opportunity falls through the cracks.
  1. ICPs & Messaging Testing
  • Track and analyze outbound performance data to refine our ICPs, pain points, and top-performing channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize outbound campaigns and identify what’s working.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with marketing to align messaging and outreach experiments.
  • Contribute insights to improve campaign performance and product-market fit understanding.
  • Be open to nimble, cross-functional projects in sales ops, research, or content support.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–4 years of experience in outbound sales, sales development, business development, or marketing roles (encouraged but not required).
  • Strong written communication and ability to craft persuasive, concise outreach messages.
  • Grit, curiosity, and creativity — you know how to hunt and hustle with energy and empathy.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving startup with global teams, adapting to new processes and priorities.
  • A genuine eagerness to learn, experiment, and grow in the world of AI, SaaS, and
  • global B2B sales.
