Deadline: Jan. 4, 2026
Job Description
- Build, maintain, and scale full-stack features from concept to deployment.
- Collaborate directly with product and design to shape the user experience.
- Think in systems: understand how architectural decisions impact performance, maintainability, and user experience.
- Question assumptions—propose better ways, not just follow instructions.
- Debug complex issues and design long-term solutions, not quick patches.
- Own your work end-to-end: design → implementation → testing → deployment → iteration.
- Contribute to improving development workflows, CI/CD, and architecture.
- Explore new tools and technologies where they make sense (not just hype).
General Requirements
- 3–7+ years of experience in a product-focused company (startups or established product orgs).
- Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies, such as:
- Front-end: React, Next.js, Vue, or similar
- Back-end: Node.js, Python, Go, or similar
- Databases: Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and overall application architecture.
- Ability to think holistically about user experience, data flows, architecture, and edge cases.
- Strong debugging skills and willingness to dive deep into unfamiliar areas.
- Comfortable moving fast and making decisions with imperfect information.
- Not a “rule follower” — someone who thinks, questions, and reasons.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate technical and product decisions.
- Passion for building high-quality products, not just shipping tickets.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps tooling.
- Good understanding of distributed systems or scalable architecture patterns.
- Experience in early-stage startups or 0→1 product development.
- Ability to lead engineering initiatives, mentor peers, or guide architectural discussions.
- Knowledge of AI is a plus point but not required.
Who You Are
- You treat the product like it’s yours.
- You love problem-solving and system design.
- You write clean, maintainable, well-thought-out code.
- You challenge the status quo and bring better ideas to the table.
- You’re proactive, curious, and comfortable working with ambiguity.
- You play well with founders and cross-functional partners.
Why Join Us
- Direct impact on product direction and company trajectory.
- Fast-paced environment where your decisions matter.
- Flexible, creative, and engineering-first culture.
- Opportunity to solve interesting problems and build meaningful systems.
