Job Description
- Research, Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis of a problem and communicate with respective team.
- Identify and provide workarounds and solutions, when possible, to meet customer’s business needs.
- Design and build network & system Infrastructure with a high degree performance, reliability and security.
- Assist in the leadership strategic planning to ensure team growth and new technology implementation.
- Be Responsible to perform network & system assessments, security audits and new client consultations.
- Communicate with customers as required, keep them informed of incident progress, notify them of impending changes.
- Have a good knowledge of scripting languages, SQL, windows clustering, domain controller, Active Directory and group policy.
- Perform server data backup, data migration and disaster recovery operations.
- Mentor and groom team members on new system protocols and policies
- Prioritize and preparing troubleshooting documentation of the relevant system as per best practices
General Requirements
- Bachelor degree in computer related programs (BE/BIT/BIM/BCA/BCIS)
- 5+ years working in a relevant role
- Thorough understanding of Microsoft, Linux, Virtualization, Cloud applications/infrastructure and CI/CD preferred
- Self-learner, research oriented and ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Certifications in Linux/Microsoft/Cloud Environment preferable
- Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solution in a time sensitive manner.
- Familiar with DevOps tools (Ansible/Jenkins/GIT)
- Good Communication Skill (Both Verbal and Written)
- Team player, self-driven attitude and provide effective solutions.
